Welcome to the HR team

I am delighted that you have chosen to join the HR team at Mitie. I can’t think of a more exciting place to work right now. Midway through a three year HR transformation, the pace of change is relentless. So fasten your seatbelt because we’ve got lots to do!

Over the last 12 months, we have redesigned our HR operating model, delivered three HR systems transformations, new organisational vision and values and been recognised as a Top Employer. It’s a challenging agenda but one where the HR team can make a real difference.

2018 - What an incredible year!

Our HR transformation commenced in Jan 2018 and since then we have delivered lots of great initiatives

So what's next for 2019?

The HR transformation activity continues and there is lots more to do. 

As well as the big projects below, we will be focusing on embedding the things we have already launched. Such as: Clear the backlog, better HR Spaces, increased & better communications, true HR Partnership model, seamless tech integration, focus on clear CSR priorities, get the best out of our technology, #ONEHR 'delightfully seamless', smooth and straightforward HR Processes.

Robyn Fisher

Head of Reward

"I Joined Mitie as part of an acquisition in operational HR, responsible for the integration of the new business. I was supported returning from my maternity leave, moving from operational HR to a group role in Reward.

Progressing from role to role I am now the Head of Reward for the business.

The highlights of my role include; being part of a wonderful Leadership Team, working on transformation programmes and making a positive difference that impact all at Mitie.

Whilst working part time, I continue to drive my own success and working towards my continuous professional development."

Jasmine Hudson

Starting as an HR Administrator in January 2009 to becoming HR Director of our Group, Care & Custody, Professional Services and Connected Workspace Mitie has whole heartedly supported and encouraged my development over the last 10 years.

"In 2013 I decided to join Mitie as a receptionist after finishing university, whilst I was applying for teaching positions. I never intended to stay long, but I’m ever so grateful I chose to stay.

There have been so many great opportunities available for me to progress and I have been supported, encouraged and developed every step of the way.

Since then, I’ve worked in several different roles and now I am Engagement Manager, looking at how we engage our people, create a positive working environment and make Mitie an exceptional place to work."
